When will my items be shipped?
Most items ship in 2-4 business days unless stated otherwise (several items are made to order). When your order is complete, you will receive a notification email. All items are insured.

Credit Cards
LMG&Co. accepts the following credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Diners Club. LMG&Co. also accepts Payments via PayPal Express Checkout. .

Returns & Exchanges
 
We will accept all returns and exchanges within 14 days after shipment. Please send an email to orders@lmgandcoshop.com and request a return authorization number (RA). Refund credits will not include initial shipping costs. All returns must be in perfect condition, unworn, in original packaging.
 
No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization number.

For your protection, please insure the package for the full purchase price. We do not accept COD packages. We are not responsible for and will not be able to process returns or exchanges for items lost in transit due to delivery error.
 
You will be notified by email once your return is complete. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund of the purchase price of the items you return, plus any applicable taxes, to post to your account. No returns will be processed until we have received your original item.

Repairs
Please contact our repairs department at repairs@lmgandcoshop.com  to request a return authorization number (RA). We do not accept packages without a return authorization number.

LMG&Co. stands behind the quality of our jewelry and will provide repairs due to breakage or damage as a result of normal wear (per the discretion of LMG&Co. staff) at no charge for one year from the date of purchase from our online store. After one year, repairs will incur a reasonable charge parts and labor.

Shipping/Handling charges are as follows:

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (2-3 business days, including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico): Free
UPS Ground (2-3 business days in continental United States only): Free
U.S. Postal Service Express (Overnight to most areas): $25.00
UPS 2nd Day Air: $20.00
UPS Next Day Air: $40.00

U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail International (6-10 business days): $25.00
U.S. Postal Service Express Mail International (6 business days): $35.00

For International shipping, customers are responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties and fees.

Sales Tax
All orders that ship within Texas are subject to an 8.25% sales tax.
