When will my items be shipped?
Most items ship in 2-4 business days unless stated otherwise (several items
are made to order). When your order is complete, you will receive a notification
email. All items are insured.
How do I redeem gift cards?
If you receive a gift card via email, it will contain details of who sent you
the gift card, possibly a message from them and your gift code. During the
checkout process, enter this code to redeem your gift.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Every piece of LMG&Co. jewelry has been handcrafted with great care. When not
worn, please store your jewelry in its original LMG&Co. packaging. This will
help minimize tarnishing and scratches. Perfumes, hairspray and other chemicals
will discolor the surface of pearls and gems. Avoid getting any piece of strung
jewelry wet. Carefully clean pearls and gems with a moist cotton cloth. Jewelry
will slightly darken over time. To clean your jewelry, we recommend you use a
soft toothbrush or soft cotton cloth with a little soap and water. We do not
recommend using a dip cleaning solution or a polishing cloth.
Is your entire collection available online?
We offer an edited collection of LMG&Co. designs, but are excited to use our
online store as an opportunity to introduce many more of our limited edition and
one-of-a-kind items. If there is a specific item you are looking for, please

Do you have a catalog?
We currently do not offer a catalog, but always check back with our stores as
well as our website for new designs, limited edition and one-of-a-kind items.
What type of metal is used in LMG&Co. jewelry?
We only use pure metals – Sterling Silver, 14K and 18K Gold, or Bronze. LMG&Co.
does not use Nickel, Gold plated/Vermeil or Gold-filled products.
Where is your jewelry produced?
All LMG&Co. is produced in the United States and handcrafted in our studios in
Dallas, Texas.
Do you offer custom design work?
At this time we currently do not offer custom design orders.
